We are currently offering 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. weekday visit reservations through the completion of the Spring 2024 semester, May 10.  Please note the following updates to specific dates during the spring:

• Spring Break (March 11-15):  We will only host 9:00 a.m. visits, with limited academic appointment availability.
• New Student Days (March 29, April 8, April 15, April 22 and April 26):  We will only host 12:00 p.m. visits.  We encourage seniors interested in visiting one of these days to sign up for the New Student Day event.

As long as the visit session is listed on the calendar, we are offering visits for that date and time.  If the session is not listed, it is either full or not available.  Please select a different visit date or check-in time.

We will be hosting visits Summer 2024 and these dates are now availabe to sign-up for using the "schedule your visit" link below.

Visits must be requested a week in advance to allow time to schedule academic appointments with your area(s) of interest, pending faculty/staff availability.  We try our best to include an academic appointment during your visit, but it is not guaranteed.  If a representative is not available, students will receive contact information for the area of interest.

 

Your campus visit may last about 4 hours based up on your appointment selections as part of the visit request and faculty/staff availability.

Visit requests with less than a week’s notice may only include a campus tour and Admissions Information session, which last about 2 hours.

Nursing Student?

Students interested in the Nursing Program are encouraged to register for a Nursing Visit Day on the 3rd Friday of each month (except January and March; visit will be March 8th, due to UW's Spring Break), starting at the 12:00 p.m. check-in with a campus tour and UW Admissions information session before the Nursing session.

If you cannot make one of Nursing Visit Days, feel free to request a Campus Visit that will include a campus tour and admissions information session.  A Nursing appointment may be scheduled based upon availability but is not guaranteed.  If Nursing is not available, we can give you a Nursing Program information packet, including a School of Nursing contact for further questions.

Student Athlete?

Please note that we are not able to arrange appointments with NCAA D-1 athletic teams. You are welcome to contact the coaches on your own in conjunction with your planned trip to campus.

Graduate Student?

Graduate programs prefer to schedule visits directly with prospective students. Please contact the department of your field of study for more information!
