Advising Schedule

College of Business Advising Update

The Advising Schedule for Fall 2020 will remain the same during any class suspensions due to COVID-19 precautions. Reminder – Schedule your appointment with an advisor at least 24 hours in advance here: There will be no in-person appointments taken at least through March 29th. All students who make appointments with advisors during this time will be provided with a link to Zoom (video meetings).

New Registration Advising Procedure

This year there will be a change in the process of scheduling your advising appointment. You will need to schedule an appointment with one of the College of Business (COB) Advisors using TimeTrade.

There is a designated window of time in which to schedule your appointment with an advisor based on your class standing. Check the Advising Schedule Fall 2020 for your designated advising timeframe. Then, please pick a 30-minute appointment that fits best with your schedule and does not conflict with class, work, and/or other commitments.

To schedule an advising appointment to review your tentative schedule and the assignment of your PERC number, click on the name of any of the advisors below.

Please make sure to read the entire “Welcome Message.”

New Student Advising

It is strongly recommended that all new students attend an orientation session if possible.

Orientation is mandatory for all first year students.  We value the orientation experience and the knowledge of campus programs and services gained during that time.  We do understand that there are extenuating circumstances and you may not be able to attend orientation.  For those unable to attend orientation, please contact the College of Business Academic Advising Office at 307-766-8249 prior to July 1 to make arrangements for advising.

Transfer, nontraditional, and veteran students are encouraged to attend orientation.  If you cannot attend orientation, please contact the College of Business Academic Advising Office at 307-766-8249.

If you are unable to attend orientation, schedule advising appointments for new (including transfer) and re-enrolling students are available on Monday or Thursday at 9:30 a.m. or 2:30 p.m.  Please contact the College of Business Academic Advising Office at 307-766-8249 to schedule an appointment.
