Wyoming Computer Science Teacher Association (WCSTA)

In June 2024, the Wyoming Association for Career and Technical Education (WACTE) welcomed the Wyoming Computer Science Teachers Association (WCSTA) as an official division. This addition helps raise awareness of Computer Science among state stakeholders and legislators. All educators are encouraged to join WACTE through the Computer Science Division or any division that best aligns with their role. Membership is $50 per year and can be obtained at

The Wyoming Microcredentials Program offers Computer Science teachers a flexible, self-paced way to deepen their knowledge and enhance their teaching practice. Designed to align with state standards and support classroom integration, these microcredentials provide recognition for professional growth while helping educators bring high-quality CS instruction to students across Wyoming.
