Why Vote?

A government by the people, for the people just can’t work without the people.

2020 Election Activities

Voter Registration:
The Albany County Clerk will be registering voters on Tuesday, October 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Simpson's Plaza. In the event of inclement weather, this will be moved to the upper level of the Wyoming Union. See our resource page below for information on what you will need to register.

Voting Resources:
We are excited to announce the launch of our Pokes Vote resource page! This page contains everything you need to know in order to be prepared to vote and covers topics from voter registration to avoiding misinformation. We encourage you to check it out today and pay close attention to what you read as it also contains multiple short quizzes that will give you the chance to win prizes like Apple AirPods or a Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing Bundle! Students can find this page on their WyoCourses Dashboard.

Remember: Election Day is November 3!
