University of Wyoming Foundation Annual Report on Giving

The University of Wyoming and UW Foundation would like to extend our most heartfelt thanks to you—UW’s donors, alumni, and friends whose generosity is a vote of confidence in all that we do.

As we continue to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic and move forward, now more than ever we appreciate your amazing support. It allows Wyoming’s students to thrive.

Private giving to the University of Wyoming was $48.8 million for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021. This year’s total represents an enduring commitment to UW by thousands of donors despite a time of uncertainty and challenge. Moreover, the university endowment as of June 30, 2021, stands at $794.7 million—edging toward a billion dollars.

The UW Foundation continues to raise the bar for UW while also proactively and prudently managing the university’s private assets. Our success is your success, and on behalf of the entire university community, thank you. You’ve made an important investment in the students, faculty, and programs of the University of Wyoming.
