Welcome to the University of Wyoming African American and Black Employee Network

The African American/Black Employee Network (AABEN) strives to facilitate the success of African American professionals at the University of Wyoming by enriching their professional lives, promoting environments that welcome, value, and influence our diversity by creating meaningful connections and contributing to our community. All events hosted by AABEN are meant to create an inclusive environment for all African American/Black employees by way of social gatherings, mentorship, and cultural events. 

Fall 2019 was the inaugural presence of the African American/Black Employee Network and garnered considerable interest. The webpage for AABEN will provide up-to-date events throughout the academic year.
