Text Values

There are a few parameters that are not numeric. The fuel name is an example of this:

Fuel Name on the SET PARAMETERS: Fuel: Fuel Properties Screen for PC Plants

In these cases, the Calc, Min, Max and Default columns are not needed, so the Value occupies those columns as well.
