Introduction -This video provides an introduction to the project and gives examples of what the completed workbook should look like. (approx 2 minutes)

 

Revenues and Expenses - This video demonstrates how to create the revenue and expenses worksheets. (approx 7 minutes)

 

ActualExpenses -This video demonstrates how to create the actual expenses worksheet to record all expenses incurred for each month. This video also includes an introduction to the variance worksheet. (approx 9 minutes)

 

Variance I - This video demonstrates how to calculate the part of the variance worksheet that uses the SUMIF and SUMIFS functions to calculate the difference between the budgeted amounts and the actual expenses. (approx 15 minutes)

 

Variance II - This video demonstrates how to use the VLOOKUP function to search the first column of a range of cells, and then return a value from any cell on the same row of the range. (approx 11 minutes)

 

Pivot Analysis -This video demonstrates how to create both PivotTables and PivotCharts, which are tools that are very helpful in data analysis. (approx 14 minutes)
