    The Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD) is a joint project of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Dietary Supplements (ODS) and National Library of Medicine (NLM). The DSLD contains the full label contents from a sample of dietary supplement products marketed in the U.S.

  • Food and Drink in History  Infomation details about the resource 

    Primary source collection including printed and manuscript cookbooks, advertising ephemera, government reports, films, and illustrated content revealing the evolution of food and drink within everyday life and the public sphere. Includes materials from the 16th century to the early 21st century, sourced from institutions across the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. On the Adam Matthew platform.

  • Food Chemicals Codex (FCC) Infomation details about the resource   

    Compendium of internationally recognized standards for determining the purity and quality of food ingredients. Access requires creation of a personal account using a UW email address, via USP Access Point: click "Login" at the top right of the FCC window and choose "FCC Online".

  • Food Studies Online  Infomation details about the resource 

    Food Studies Online provides researchers rich archival content, visual ephemera, monographs, and videos that explore how food shapes the world around us. Food studies is a relatively new field of study, but its importance is felt in many major disciplines. It has social, historical, economic, cultural, religious, and political implications that reach far beyond what is consumed at the dinner table.

  • PubAg Infomation details about the resource   

    National Agricultural Library's search engine covering research published by U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) scientists. Contains full-text articles relevant to the agricultural sciences, along with citations to peer-reviewed journal articles with links to publisher sites and elsewhere for full-text access. Covers all of the core topics of the agricultural sciences including nutrition, food safety, food quality, animal and crop production and protection, natural resources, sustainable agricultural systems, rural development, agricultural economic and policy issues, agricultural imports and exports, agricultural statistics, extramural research, and Extension education.

  • PubMed Infomation details about the resource   

    Medical indexing/full-text database that provides public access to MEDLINE (see separately) and full-text on PubMed Central and other publisher websites. On the NCBI platform.

  • Web of Science (core collection)  Infomation details about the resource 

    Multidisciplinary indexing database that combines journal citation index databases in arts & humanities, social sciences and sciences, as well as conference proceedings and book citation indexes. The Current Chemical Reactions and Index Chemicus databases are also included in the Core Collection. All component databases can be searched separately as well.
