    Book Review Index Plus includes more than 6 million reviews of books, periodicals, books on tape, and electronic media representing a wide range of popular, academic and professional interests. Many of the reviews are in full-text, allowing users to conduct research in numerous disciplines, including literature, history, education, psychology, and more. This unique product is OpenURL compliant, which allows subscribers to link to full-text reviews from other sources.

    Border and Migration Studies Online is a collection that explores and provides historical background on more than thirty key worldwide border areas, including: U.S. and Mexico; the European Union; Afghanistan; Israel; Turkey; The Congo; Argentina; China; Thailand; and others. Featuring at completion 100,000 pages of text, 175 hours of video, and 1,000 images, the collection is organized around fundamental themes associated with border and migration issues.

    This database provides ongoing full-text academic journals that are locally published by scholarly publishing organizations and educational institutions in many European countries, including France, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal. Major subject areas of study are represented, including business, science, technology, engineering, social sciences, education, and humanities.

    As the official digital dissertations archive for the Library of Congress and as the database of record for graduate research, Theses and Dissertations Global includes millions of searchable citations to dissertations and theses from 1861 to the present day together with over a million full-text dissertations that are available for download in PDF format.

  • Docuseek2 Complete Collection  Infomation details about the resource 

    The Docuseek2 Complete Collection provides exclusive educational streaming access to important films from renowned leaders in documentary distribution, including Bullfrog Films, Icarus Films (including The Fanlight Collection and dGenerate Films), Kartemquin Films, KimStim, the National Film Board of Canada, and Terra Nova Films.

  • Ebook Central  Infomation details about the resource 

    Multidisciplinary collection of ebooks that can be read online or downloaded. As of July 2017, includes all ebooks previously on the ebrary platform, including the Academic Complete and Public Library Complete collections.

  • General OneFile (Gale General OneFile)  Infomation details about the resource 

    This multidisciplinary database includes more than 8,000 full-text titles, more than 3,600 journals, more than 25 years of backfile, and five newspaper indexes. General OneFile also features more than 500 travel guides; a full collection of National Public Radio programs from 1990 to the present, including searchable transcripts; links to over 5,000 video files including shows like the Today Show, NBC Nightly News, NRO TV, and Meet the Press; more than 3,000 full-text titles recommended by Bowker’s Magazines for Libraries.

  • Glassdoor Infomation details about the resource   

    A career resource with information on thousands of companies. Glassdoor includes salary and bonuses and details for specific jobs at specific companies, as well as actual interview questions and hiring process details. Also included are reviews written by employees that highlight the pro's and con's of working for a particular employer.

  • Global Stat Infomation details about the resource   

    GlobalStat adopts a ‘beyond GDP’ approach and presents statistical data on economic, environmental, political, social, societal, and cultural performance of nations. It enables the user to develop interlinked views on diverse phenomena, to assess the performance of nation states over time, to gain insight into the many dimensions of policy challenges related to globalisation, to interconnect processes of globalisation and human development, and to be informed about human well-being and the quality of life around the world. Country level data is presented for the 193 UN countries and for the longest period available, starting from 1960. The website allows for multiple visualisations of data. Tables, rankings, bar and line charts offer different graphical representations of the indicators chosen. Filters by period (selection of years) and by groups (selecting countries, continents and/or other entities) are available for targeted in-depth analysis. GlobalStat also includes export functionalities that allow for data, metadata and graphics download.

  • Greenwood eBook Collection  Infomation details about the resource 

    ABC-CLIO/Greenwood platform that publishes reference materials on a wide variety of subjects: Anthropology, the Arts, Health/Medicine, History, Interdisciplinary Studies, Literature, Multicultural Studies, Political Science, Popular Culture, Religious Studies, Science, Sociology, and Women’s Studies.

  • InCites  Infomation details about the resource 

    Multidisciplinary research analysis database that uses citation indexing to provide individual, institutional, and global comparisons. Access requires creation of an individual account.

  • Open Textbook Library Infomation details about the resource   

    Collection of OER (Open Educational Resources) textbooks that have been funded, published, and licensed to be freely used, adapted, and distributed. These books have been reviewed by faculty from a variety of colleges and universities to assess their quality. These books can be downloaded for no cost, or printed at low cost.

  • RAND Reports Infomation details about the resource   

    RAND reports offer research and analysis on issues at the top of the national and international policy agendas. The RAND Corporation is a research organization that develops solutions to public policy challenges to help make communities throughout the world safer and more secure, healthier and more prosperous. RAND is nonprofit, nonpartisan, and committed to the public interest.

    From business and political science to literature and psychology, ProQuest Research Library™ provides one-stop access to a wide range of the most utilized subjects and topics. The database includes thousands of full-text titles, with a highly-respected, diversified mix of scholarly journals, professional and trade publications, important and general interest magazines. Covers 150 core academic subject reference areas, as well as provide access to hundreds of general interest periodicals from around the world.

  • Sage Research Methods  Infomation details about the resource 

    Collection of books, reference works, journal articles, and instructional videos covering the full range of research methods used in the social and behavioral sciences, plus a wide range of methods commonly used in science, technology, medicine, and the humanities. Also includes interactive tools to assist in the planning of research projects and the exploration of methods.

    Multidisciplinary indexing database that combines journal citation index databases in arts & humanities, social sciences and sciences, as well as conference proceedings and book citation indexes. The Current Chemical Reactions and Index Chemicus databases are also included in the Core Collection. All component databases can be searched separately as well.
