Country Favorite Chancey Williams to Perform at UW

Country favorite Chancey Williams and the Younger Brothers Band will perform a night of country music and dancing, Friday, March 2.

Chancey Williams and the Younger Brothers Band will perform a night of country music and dancing, Friday, March 2, at the University of Wyoming Union Ballroom.  Country swing dance lessons begin at 8 p.m., and the band performs at 9 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

The band has shared the stage with country performers the late Chris LeDoux, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Craig Morgan, Rodney Atkins and many country superstars.

The band consists of founding members Williams and Travis DeWitt of Moorcroft and Wyatt Springsteen of Saratoga. Also in the band are Dugan Hughes of Sundance and Brooke Latka of Casper. 

Some of the band members attended UW and Williams also was a saddle bronc rider on the Cowboy men's rodeo team.
