IACUC 2022-2023 Meeting Schedule and Deadlines

  

ROAMWyo

Beginning 1/18/2023, UW will begin the transition to ROAMWyo for all protocol submissions, review processes, and approval notifications. 

ROAMWyo

During the transition period, NEW and/or REVISED protocols, amendments, annual renewals, and de novo submissions can be done in the Animal Oversight module of ROAMWyo, or these requests can be submitted through the old system.

The end date for the old system has not yet been announced, but will be done so via the Research listserv and here.  After that date, all new and revised submissions must be done via ROAMWyo.  This is expected to occur by 4/5/2023.

 

ROAMWyo Animal Oversight Access

ROAMWyo can be accessed here. Please note: Only the Animal Oversight (IACUC) module is active and live right now.  Please do not utilize ROAMWyo’s production site for any other functions.
