What does it mean that these apartments are rented “by the bedroom?”

There will be one resident per bedroom in each apartment. Each of these apartment-mates will have an individual lease with Residence Life & Dining Services, meaning that all are individually responsible for their own rent, and only their own rent. Living, dining and shared bathroom spaces are shared by all. Additionally, some fees, such as utility fees or disputed damages to common areas, may be assessed equally to all apartment-mates.

How long is the Bison Run Village Lease?

from the lease runs from August 15 through July 31, (50 weeks). Renewing students will get the first 2 weeks of August for free, as their new lease would begin on August 15.
