Those approved by the department to stay over Winter Break need to fill out the contract and indicate the UW activity they will be involved in. They will be notified if they have been approved to stay and they then need to come in person to see Betty in the Washakie Office by December 11, 2015 to get their combo and/or their card encoded for the front doors and room; charges will be applied to the student account-charges will be calculated for nights stayed between 12/19/15 through 1/20/16.
