Business Partner Sponsorship/Conference Attendance
RMA 2023 Business Partner Sponsorship Tiers include conference attendee registration
for one, or more, people. Business Partners may purchase additional conference attendee
registrations at the Non-RMA Member rate on our registration site by selecting "RMA
2023 Conference Registration" and choosing the "Conference Registration - Business
Partner" option.
There are 21 booths available for sponsorship (labeled 1 - 21).
Update: Aug 30, 2023 - All RMA 2023 tables have been purchased! RMA 2023 will still accept sponsorship,
at any level, but sponsorship will NOT include a table/exhibitor space at the conference.
Business Partner Sponsorship Tiers
Sign up for one of the following options on the RMA 2023 registration site under "Business
Partner Sponsorships."
- Bronze: $1000 - Includes (1) Complimentary attendee registration, ad on website/digital promotion,
list of attendees, no booth
- Silver: $2000 - Includes (1) Complimentary attendee registration, ad on website/digital promotion,
list of attendees & a booth
- Gold: $4000 - Includes (2) Complimentary attendee registrations, larger ad on website/digital promotion,
list of attendees, a booth, and recognition as sponsor of one of the meals
- Platinum: $8000 - Includes (3) Complimentary attendee registrations, larger ad on website/digital promotion,
list of attendees, a booth and recognition as a sponsor of one of the activities
- Diamond: $10000 - Includes (4) Complimentary attendee registrations, full ad on website/digital promotion,
list of attendees, a booth and recognition as a sponsor of a main component of conference
- Business Partners who select a "booth" sponsorship level, will receive one of the
twenty-one (10 ft x 4 ft) numbered areas at the UW Conference Center
