To encourage University of Wyoming employees to make healthy decisions and to support the Healthier WY program offered by the state of Wyoming, UW President Buchanan has authorized a drawing with a prize of $100.
To enter the drawing, you must be participating in the health insurance plan and do two things. First, register for the December Healthier WY challenge called Scrubadub at http://www.healthierwy.org. Your personal Healthier WY code will be necessary to log-in and it can be found on the bi-monthly cards you receive in the mail at home.
Then, print the confirmation Web page or e-mail message that is provided at the time of registration and submit it to the Benefits Office in Human Resources, Room 141 Wyo Hall, by Dec. 15. Those who already are registered, instead select the "Check HWY Status" link on the Healthier WY Web site and print the page that confirms you have already registered.
The Scrubadub challenge begins Dec. 1, but registration can be done until Dec. 4. This $100 prize is in addition to any incentives offered by the state of Wyoming. It will be added to the winner's paycheck and be subject to applicable taxes. For questions or help with registration, please call the HR Benefits Office at (307) 766-2437.
