Two University of Wyoming Department of English students received the Jane L. Tanner Study Abroad Award to assist with their semesters abroad.
Laura Curran of Cheyenne and Lauren Perry of Gillette both will use the award to help pay for their semester in London this spring. Upon their return to UW, both students will report what they learned to the Tanner family.
The Jane L. Tanner Study Abroad Award, managed by the Department of English, provides financial assistance for study abroad undergraduate students in the department. Recipients must be undergraduates with at least sophomore standing and at least a 3.0 grade point average.
