University of Wyoming Calendar for June 21

These are among the activities scheduled June 21-27 at the University of Wyoming:

Monday, June 21, 11:30 a.m. -- Summer solstice celebration at the UW Centennial Complex, featuring a special filtered telescope to view the sun. Free.

Tuesday, June 22, through Saturday, June 26, 7:30 p.m. The Snowy Range Summer Theatre and Dance Festival continues with "Three Days of Rain," Fine Arts Center Studio Theatre. Tickets cost $10 for the public, $8 for senior citizens and $5 for students. For tickets call (307) 766-6666 or go online at www.uwyo.edu/finearts.

Wednesday, June 23, 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. -- The Lonesome Heroes band performs a free concert at Simpson Plaza. Free food is available for UW students.
