An employee benefits fair, hosted by the University of Wyoming’s Department of Human
Resources, will be held from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, in the Wyoming Union
Ballroom.
Representatives from UW’s benefit providers will be available to provide advice and
answer questions about retirement, including Social Security, Wyoming retirement,
TIAA-CREF, VALIC, Ameriprise, Security Benefit, AXA Equitable, Fidelity and Principal
Financial. Representatives for health and dental insurance and the Healthier Wyoming
program also will participate in the benefits fair.
UW Human Resources and Payroll staff members will be at the fair to assist benefitted
UW employees with access to Self Service (to check on current pay and benefits), signing
up for Flexible Benefits (medical and dependent care reimbursement) for 2011, enrolling
dependents through age 26, changing deductibles for health insurance and answering
questions about benefits. Deadline for submitting forms is 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30.
Door prizes and giveaway items will be available while they last during the fair.
