UW Idol will have open call auditions at 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 28, in the University of Wyoming Arts and Sciences auditorium.
Participants must be full- or part-time UW students.
The first 100 applicants who have submitted an application to the Campus Activities Center before the posted deadline at noon Friday, Jan. 28, will be guaranteed an audition slot.
Participants will be required to sing a 30-second a cappella song of their choice.
Only 15 students will be selected to perform at the UW Idol semifinals Friday, Feb. 4. An award will be given to the most creative audition.
