September 12, 2011

The state's Enhanced Oil Recovery Commission will meet Wednesday, Sept. 14, from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Snow King Lodge in Jackson. The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda will include an open discussion, a director's overview of EORI (Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute) activities, old business and new business.  An update of the status of EORI projects will be presented and a status of the EORI outreach program will be discussed.

For more information, call Kathy Olson, EORI office manager, at (307) 766-2791 or email KAOlson@uwyo.edu.

The Enhanced Oil Recovery Commission is funded by the state of Wyoming to support the EORI at the University of Wyoming. In addition to its aggressive research agenda, EORI engages in cooperative and contractual agreements with independent producers, and offers short courses, workshops and technical outreach meetings to assist in the transfer of current EOR technologies to Wyoming producers.
