The University of Wyoming Entrepreneur Small Business Development Center (WSBDC) and Eastern Wyoming College host the seminar for entrepreneurs who are considering buying a business or are ready to move out of their existing business. Participants will learn what information is necessary to make the decision; how to value a business; roles professional advisers play in negotiations; and how to best negotiate and close the deal.
Leonard Holler, WSBDC Region III director, will teach the class. He is an active CPA and is a certified valuation analyst who does business valuations.
Wyoming Entrepreneur is a business consulting group consisting of the WSBDC, Procurement Technical Assistance Center and Market Research Center.
The WBDC is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Additional support comes from the Wyoming Business Council and UW.
