Psychologist to Explain Autism Spectrum Disorder

An expert’s presentation to expand awareness on autism and Asperger’s syndromes is scheduled Tuesday, Nov. 6, at 3 p.m. in the University of Wyoming Union Family Room.

Doug Scambler, a clinical psychologist and owner of Clinical Child Psychology in Laramie, has spent the last nine years as a licensed psychologist. He was worked extensively with individuals with attention and behavior disorders as well as developmental disorders including autism and intellectual disabilities.

Scambler received his doctoral degree from the University of Kentucky and his post-doctoral internship in autism and developmental disabilities at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
