These are among the activities scheduled March 25-31 at the University of Wyoming:

Monday, March 25, 5 p.m. -- The films “March of the Penguins” and “Pronghorn Passage” will be shown in Room 138 of the Berry Center. Free.

Monday, March 25, 6 p.m. -- Guest flutist Caitlyn Valovick Moore will perform a solo recital as part of the Department of Music Faculty Recital Series. Free.

Monday, March 25, 7 p.m. -- Men’s basketball vs. Western Michigan in the College Basketball Invitational, Arena-Auditorium. Tickets cost $18 for adults, $10 for youths 18 and under and $5 for UW students.

Tuesday, March 26, 7 p.m. -- Department of Art guest lecturer, metalsmith Valentin Yotkov, Visual Arts Building Room 111. Free.

Tuesday, March 26, noon -- Women’s History Month program, “Lipsticks and Lab Coats: Challenges and Journeys in STEM,” Wyoming Union Room 212. Free.

Wednesday, March 27, 5-8 p.m. -- Closing reception for Gallery 234 exhibition, “Biojewlery for Breast Cancer,” Wyoming Union lower level. Free.

Wednesday, March 27, 8 p.m. -- The Student Activities Council presents the Naughty Pines roller derby, Laramie Plains Civic Center. Free.

Friday, March 29, 7:30 p.m. -- Summit Chamber Players concert, “Schubert’s Glorious Cello Quintet” and “Dover Beach” with special guest Amy Frost Baumgarten, principal cellist of the Kennedy Center Opera Orchestra, Fine Arts concert hall. Free.
