Monday, April 29, 7:30 p.m. -- Symphonic Band concert, Fine Arts concert hall. Free.
Wednesday, May 1, 8 p.m. -- Musical ensemble “Air Dubai” concert, Wyoming Union Ballroom. Free.
Thursday, May 2, 6 p.m. -- African-American and Diaspora Studies commencement ceremony, Laramie train depot. Free.
Thursday, May 2, 7:30 p.m. -- UW Symphony concert, Verdi’s “La Traviata,” Fine Arts concert hall. Tickets cost $10 for the public, $7 for senior citizens and $6 for UW students. Tickets are available at the Wyoming Union and Fine Arts box offices. For tickets and information, call (307) 766-6666.
Friday, May 3, noon -- Laramie River Rendezvous Rodeo slack, Cliff and Martha Hansen Livestock Teaching Arena. Other performances are Friday at 7 p.m.; Saturday, May 4, at 1 and 7 p.m.; and Sunday, May 5, at 1 p.m. Cost is $5 and free for children 8 and under and UW students.
