UW Honors Top Engineering Students

The University of Wyoming College of Engineering and Applied Science recently presented its top awards to four students in the college.

Recipients of this year’s CEAS awards, listed by hometowns and a brief description of their awards, are:

Burien, Wash -- Elizabeth J. Smith, Outstanding Junior, selected by the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society membership based on academic achievement, activities and service.

Cheyenne -- Adam J. Block, Outstanding Sophomore, selected by the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society membership based on academic achievement, activities and service.

Laramie -- James D. Follum, Outstanding Tau Beta Pi Member Award, based on outstanding service to Tau Beta Pi.

Thornton, Colo. -- Stacia Slowey, Joint Engineering Council Outstanding Senior, selected by JEC representatives based on academic achievement, activities and service.
