University of Wyoming Information Technology has recognized individuals who demonstrate excellence in the division. Winners were selected from nominations by UW faculty and staff members. The winners are:
Innovator Award -- Russ Oliver in Telecommunications and System Services.
Excellence in Leadership -- Jerome Lindsey, in the Chief Information Officer's office.
Excellence in Teamwork -- Gaylene Feldbush in Application and Database Services.
IT Customer Service and Spirit Award -- Kirk Brown in Client Support Services.
Additionally, IT recognized two team awards for their excellent work on the IT elements of the following projects:
The Research Support Group for Mount Moran’s High Performance Computing Cluster Installation: Tim Brewer, Jeff Lang, Jerome Lindsey and Ray Monasmith.
The Office 365 Transition for Student Email: Jesse Ballard, Samantha Besler, Susan Hanna, Mark Vanscoyk and Tom Wilson.
