University of Wyoming President Bob Sternberg will host the first in a series of “town meetings” for the university community from 3-4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12, in the Scarlett Auditorium of the College of Business.
This question-and-answer session is designed for UW faculty, staff, and students to bring their questions about the new president and his vision for UW and for President Sternberg to learn more about the impressions they have about the university.
Staff members will be allowed one hour of release time to attend the town meeting. The scheduling of release time should be a collaborative discussion between employee and supervisor to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the unit.
This session will not be available to remote audiences, but meetings planned for the fall and spring semesters will be. If unable to attend this town meeting, faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to look for these future meeting dates.
