Thursday, Jan. 16, 5-7 p.m. -- A reception for Peter Gibbons’ exhibition “Photographing Art of the Hunt,” Gallery 234 in the Wyoming Union lower level. Free, on view through Feb. 6.

Friday, Jan. 17, 6:30, 9 and 11 p.m. -- Triple feature, “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2,” “Captain Philips” and “Carrie,” Wyoming Union Family Room and ballrooms. Free.

Friday, Jan. 17 and Saturday, Jan. 18, 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 19, 2 p.m. -- Department of Theatre and Dance production of the bittersweet coming-of-age story, “Crooked,” Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts Studio Theatre.
