UW Students Conduct Community Clothing Drive

University of Wyoming students are leaving bags on doors throughout Laramie to collect items for an Earth Day clothing drive.

Residents are asked to place “gently worn” clothing into the bags, to be picked up Tuesday, April 22, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Volunteers will then sort and weigh clothing in the Wyoming Union Senate Chambers. The clothing will be distributed to local charities and businesses.

Additionally, clothing can be dropped off this week in the SLCE (Service, Leadership and Community Engagement) Office in the lower level of the Wyoming Union.
