UW Summer Programs Offers Trip to Elitch Gardens

University of Wyoming Summer Programs offers a trip to Denver’s Elitch Gardens amusement park Monday, June 23.

Tickets go on sale Monday, June 9, at the Wyoming Union information desk. Tickets cost $15 for UW students and $20 for non-UW students. The ticket price includes all-day admission to the theme park plus transportation to and from the park.

The charter bus will leave the Wyoming Union parking lot at 9 a.m. the day of the event and will depart Denver around 6 p.m. Tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Elitch Gardens provides a wide range of entertainment and rides for all ages. The park recently opened its new ride, the Brain Drain, a seven-story ride that sends riders in a full 360-degree loop.
