Submit Your UW Wyoming Union Memories for 75th Anniversary Exhibition

The Wyoming Union will celebrate its 75th anniversary this fall and is seeking personal memories to include in an exhibition.

“To help celebrate, we want to hear about your favorite memories of the Wyoming Union from when you were a student,” says Hannah McNamee, the union’s programming coordinator. She says a selection of stories will be featured in the Wyoming Union 75th Anniversary exhibition scheduled Sept. 15-Oct. 23 in Gallery 234.

“Were you part of a student club? Did you meet your significant other at an event held in the Wyoming Union? Remember our fountain room, bowling alley and barber shop? We want to hear your story,” McNamee says. Tuesday, Sept. 9, is the submission deadline.
