At 6:42 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 22, the University of Wyoming Police Department responded to a complaint of a sexual assault in the vicinity of the UW apartments near 30th Street and Willett Drive. A juvenile female was approached by a juvenile male, who is alleged to have sexually assaulted her. The suspect has been identified, and steps have been taken to ensure there is no threat to the community. Neither juvenile is a UW student.

September 23, 2014 — The University of Wyoming Symphony Orchestra opens its fall season Thursday, Oct. 2, at 7:30 p.m. in the Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts concert hall. Chi-Chen Wu, piano, and Maureen Boddicker, soprano, will be the featured soloists, and Michael Griffith will conduct.

September 23, 2014 — Students who take business courses at Laramie County Community College now have the assurance that those courses will meet requirements for two specific bachelor’s degrees in business at the University of Wyoming, as a result of new articulation agreements between the two institutions.
