The final candidate for the position of dean of the University of Wyoming’s College of Law is scheduled to give a public presentation at UW today (Monday, Feb. 16).
Rodney Smolla, visiting professor at the University of Georgia School of Law, former president of Furman University and former dean of the Washington and Lee University School of Law, will speak from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in Room 178 of the College of Law, followed by a reception in the Rare Books Room.
Smolla is the fourth finalist to appear at UW. Presentations were made earlier by Andrew Strauss, associate dean and international law professor at the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Del.; Donald Judges, associate dean and professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law; and Klint Alexander, lecturer in international law at the Vanderbilt University Law School.
