Employee Benefit Fair Nov. 5

The University of Wyoming Human Resources will offer an Employee Benefit Fair Thursday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Wyoming Union Ballroom. Raffle prizes and give-away items will be available while they last.

All benefited employees are authorized to use a maximum of one hour of release time to participate in the fair. The scheduling of release time should be a collaborative discussion between employee and supervisor to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the unit.

Representatives from UW’s benefit providers will be available to offer advice and answer questions about:

-- Retirement (including Wyoming retirement, TIAA-CREF, VALIC, Ameriprise, Security Benefit, Fidelity and Voya).

-- Health and dental insurance.

-- Employee Assistance Program -- MINES and Associates.

Human Resources and Payroll staff members will assist with:

-- Flexible Benefits (medical and dependent care reimbursement) for 2016.

-- Open enrollment (spouses and children through age 26 may be added).

-- Changing deductibles for health insurance.

-- Answering any questions about benefits.
