Wyoming Union Hosts Safe Treat Oct. 30

The Wyoming Union will again sponsor the popular Safe Treat, the trick-or-treating event for children at the University of Wyoming, Friday, Oct. 30, from 4-6 p.m.

All school-aged trick-or-treaters are invited to the Wyoming Union for two hours of safe and dry trick-or-treating. UW recognized student organizations and Wyoming Union tenants also will host a variety of games.

The Wyoming Union also will host a canned food drive to support the Laramie Soup Kitchen pantry. Safe Treat participants are encouraged to bring canned food items to donate.

After the Wyoming Union events conclude, trick-or-treaters are invited to proceed to Washakie Center from 5-7 p.m. for teats, games and more. Many houses on Fraternity and Sorority Row also will host Halloween activities following Safe Treat.
