A new program to combat childhood obesity and a look at the first Thanksgiving are among topics on this week’s University of Wyoming podcast, “The University of Wyoming Today.”
In other program segments, a food scientist will compare sugar and corn syrup, and a Fulbright researcher from Ireland will describe his work to develop hand-held detection devices for use in environmental monitoring and pathogen detection.
