Wyoming Illustrator Zachary Pullen to Speak at UW Dec. 5

Wyoming illustrator Zachary Pullen will discuss his most recent book, “The Presidents,” Saturday, Dec. 5, at 11 a.m. in the University of Wyoming Union Family Room.

After his presentation, he will sign books and answer questions at the University Store. This is a free event for the public and will coincide with the University Store's Holiday Open House.

Pullen’s picture book illustrations have been well received since his first publication in 2004. His titles include “The Toughest Cowboy: Or How the Wild West was Tamed,” “The Greatest Game Ever Played,” “Casey and Derek on the Ice,” “Friday My Radio Flyer Flew,” “Alfred Nobel: The Man Behind the Peace Prize,” “S is for Story: A Writer’s Alphabet” and “Finn McCool and the Great Fish.”

Pullen has been honored several times with acceptance into the prestigious Society of Illustrators juried shows and the best in current illustration from the Communication Arts: Illustration Annual.
