UW Holiday Closures Announced

Most University of Wyoming business and administrative offices will be closed Thursday, Dec. 24-Friday, Jan. 1, for the Christmas and New Year's holidays and winter break. Normal business hours will resume Monday, Jan. 4.

December payday for UW employees is Wednesday, Dec. 23.

Coe Library will close at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 23, and will not reopen until 8 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4.

The Art Museum will close at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, and will reopen with new exhibitions Saturday, Jan. 30.

The Geological Museum will close at 4 p.m. Dec. 23, and will reopen from noon-3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4-Saturday, Jan. 23. Regular hours (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) resume Monday, Jan. 25.

Half Acre Fitness and Wellness Center will be closed Dec. 24-27 and Dec. 31-Jan. 3. It will open from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 28-30. The pool will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 3, and will reopen Jan. 4.

UW residence halls will reopen Friday, Jan. 22, at 8 a.m. Spring semester classes will begin Monday, Jan. 25.
