Multimedia Program Examines Boom and Bust

April 15, 2016

A live multimedia performance inspired by Wyoming’s boom-and-bust economy will be presented Monday, April 25, from 5-7 p.m. at the Alice Hardie Stevens Center at the Ivinson Mansion, 603 Ivinson Ave. in Laramie.

A group of energy economists will join reporters for a rapid-fire roundtable to weigh in on the latest energy policy proposals from local leaders and would-be presidents. Participants can see energy-inspired art from local Wyoming artists; play energy trivia for prizes; and play a theremin, the original electronic instrument.

Wyoming Public Media at the University of Wyoming, Wyoming PBS and Inside Energy sponsor the program. The event is free and includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar, but reservations are requested. To RSVP, email Wyoming Public Media at
