Denver-based Edison will perform Wednesday, June 8, from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. on Simpson Plaza at the University of Wyoming as part of the Summer Programs concert series. The event is free and open to the public.

Edison, composed of musicians Maxwell Hughes, Dustin Morris and Sarah Slaton, has toured all over the country. Together, they have a dynamic sound that is described as indie folk rock, says Haley Biswell, Summer Programs lead student programmer.

Last year, Edison released its “Ghosts” EP, which can be purchased on iTunes; the group also can be heard on Spotify.
