New UW Website Established for WyoCloud Project

A new website has been established to inform the University of Wyoming community about WyoCloud, UW’s new Oracle cloud-based systems for financial management, human capital management, grants management, budgeting and planning, supply chain management, and reporting and analytics.

The site,, includes detailed information about the project, timeline and scope, the university’s implementation partners and other communications resources, including resources for communicating with the WyoCloud team.

The university began the process of implementing WyoCloud in July, and the financial system is scheduled to go live in July 2017.

The WyoCloud team has prioritized outreach, communication and ongoing training efforts to help the transition to the new system go as smoothly as possible. In the coming weeks and months, there will be increased outreach and visibility of the project, beginning with a university-wide launch later this fall. A campus notice containing attendance information will be released before the event.
