UW Operations Units Merge in Streamlining Effort

In an effort to streamline the newly consolidated University of Wyoming Operations, a number of improvements have been made to the organization’s structure.

Rather than have a separate unit for Facilities Architecture, this department has been partially merged with Facilities Construction to form Facilities Construction Management led by Matthew Kibbon.

Robert Holzwarth, the university architect, joins Rock Morgan, Rachael Sisneros and Joe Farstad to collectively ensure capital construction projects are designed, constructed and commissioned to meet UW’s stringent standards.

Also, University Space Management, managed by Chris Maki, has been merged into Real Estate Operations directed by Josh Decker.

Additionally, Michael Ziemann, LEED engineer, has moved into Utilities Management directed by Forrest Selmer.
