UW Trustees Set Agenda for Jan. 18

The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees will receive updates on an array of issues during its regular January meeting Wednesday through Friday, Jan. 18-20.

The meeting will be held in Salons D and E of the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center. Board meetings are open to the public, except for executive sessions.

Public testimony will be accepted at 11:30 a.m. Thursday. The business meeting, during which trustees take formal action on agenda items, is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. Friday.

Various committees of the board are scheduled to meet Wednesday afternoon. An executive session of the full board is scheduled at 4 p.m. Wednesday. The first open session of the full board begins Thursday at 8 a.m.

Trustees are scheduled to receive updates on issues including a new medical clinic in Laramie, the legislative session, strategic planning, the 2017-18 fiscal year budget, accreditation, construction and administrative searches.
