Two finalists for the position of chief diversity officer at the University of Wyoming are scheduled to visit UW this week.
They are Emily Monago, interim administrator in charge of equity, diversity and inclusion programs at Bowling Green State University; and Sumita Furlong, chief diversity and Global Pluralism Program officer for Great Lakes Colleges Association.
As part of a two-day visit to UW, each candidate is scheduled to give a public presentation.
Monago’s public presentation is Tuesday, March 28, from 4-5 p.m. in the Berry Biodiversity Conservation Center auditorium. The presentation may be viewed live by UW employees via the WyoCast system by clicking here. To learn more about her, go here.

Two other finalists visited UW last week. They are Tommy Stevenson, who has held positions in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at Mississippi State University, and who heads Stevenson and Associates Consulting Group; and Mary Bonderoff, director of diversity education and campus outreach at the State University of New York-Oneonta.
