UW SBDC Webinar to Help Businesses Navigate Export Finance

Small businesses in Wyoming will have an opportunity to learn how to effectively navigate the export finance web during a Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) webinar Thursday, April 20, from 12:30-1:30 p.m.

Join international payments expert Roy Becker online to learn about international payment options, currency exchange considerations Incoterms (predefined international contract terms) and international pricing.

The SBDC is a partnership among the University of Wyoming, the Wyoming Business Council and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBDC focuses on educating small-business owners and potential owners on how to successfully start and operate small businesses. The SBDC’s main office is located at UW.

There is no fee for this webinar, due to a State Trade and Export Promotion grant awarded to the Wyoming Business Council from the U.S. SBA. However, attendees must register at www.wyomingsbdc.org to obtain the link to the webinar. If you are unable to attend at that time, registered attendees will receive a link to the recorded program. 

“Due to SBA grant funding designed to expand exporting opportunities for Wyoming companies received by the Wyoming Business Council, we are very pleased to be able to present another exporting webinar with a noted expert that will be free of charge,” says Cindy Beth Unger, business adviser for the Wyoming SBDC.
