Denver-based duo The Still Tide will perform in the University of Wyoming Summer Programs concert series Wednesday, July 19, from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. on Simpson Plaza. The event is free and open to the public, and food will be available for purchase.

Blurt Online describes The Still Tide’s sound as a “little sweet spot where indie rock, shoegaze and folk-rock all intersect.” The musicians, who originally are from New York City, are Anna Morsett and Jacob Miller.

The duo has released three EPs, “Tinder” in 2013 and “Half-Empty Rooms” in 2015. Their latest collection of songs on “Run Out,” their first with producer, engineer and drummer Joe Richmond, was produced this past spring.
