Survey Open Through Friday on UWs WyoCloud Human Capital Management

University of Wyoming employees are reminded that they have the opportunity to share their expertise and experience to help build and improve UW’s WyoCloud system through a new survey.

This fall, UW will release the next phase of the WyoCloud project, Human Capital Management (HCM), which will replace the current Human Resources Management System (HRMS).

In the past, the WyoCloud team collected feedback from Help Desk tickets and listening sessions after employees began using the new systems. Now, UW employees are invited to share their ideas for WyoCloud HCM while the new system is being built to utilize the operational expertise of campus and improve current and future WyoCloud systems.

Through the WyoCloud campus engagement survey, available until Friday, April 27, the WyoCloud team will collect what employees like and dislike about UW’s current HRMS system; where pain points are with existing WyoCloud systems; and what additional support departments need to successfully transition to WyoCloud HCM this fall.

To contribute to improving current and building future WyoCloud systems, follow the link below to complete the brief survey. The survey should take less than five minutes to complete. All responses are completely anonymous and will be reviewed by the WyoCloud team.
