UW VP for Administration Finalists to Visit Campus

Three finalists for the position of vice president for administration of the University of Wyoming are scheduled to give public presentations at UW this week.

The candidates are Kristen Albritton, vice president of finance and administration at Gordon State College in Barnesville, Ga.; Steve Kreidler, vice president of administration at Metropolitan State University in Denver; Neil Theobald, senior adviser to the president for financial and government affairs at Indiana University; and Joseph Trubacz, regional vice chancellor for administration and finance at the University of South Florida-St. Petersburg.

Kreidler’s public presentation is Tuesday, May 1, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in Room 123 of the College of Business Building. It may be viewed via WyoCast at https://wyocast.uwyo.edu/WyoCast/Play/efe65b15dedf41fbbef3b7b0965f7ef61d.

The vice president for administration has responsibility for more than 380 staff members in the Division of Finance and Administration; manages an operational budget of $205.5 million; and oversees 832 acres on the Laramie campus, 188 facilities representing close to 7.2 million square feet, and additional property located throughout the state.

The successful candidate will succeed retiring Vice President Bill Mai, who will conclude his service at UW June 30.
