Best-Selling Author’s Talk at UW Live-Streamed on Zoom

An Oct. 2 public appearance by best-selling author Jeffrey Selingo at the University of Wyoming will be live-streamed and recorded via Zoom.

Known for his work as a higher education author, columnist and editor, Selingo will discuss his latest book, titled “There Is Life After College,” at noon in the Wyoming Union Ballroom. The presentation is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be served.

Selingo’s book focuses on how today’s young adults navigate school for the future job market. He is a special adviser and professor of practice at Arizona State University and a visiting scholar at Georgia Tech’s Center for 21st Century Universities.

For years, Selingo was a top editor for the Chronicle of Higher Education, where he worked in reporting and editing. He has received multiple awards from the Education Writers Association, Society of Professional Journalists and the Associated Press.
